Mrs. Ritu Dobhal

CEO, VEERA Foundation

A visionary leader dedicated to rural development and social empowerment.

Ritu Dobhal, the visionary CEO and Founder of VEERA Foundation, She oversees the foundation’s strategic vision, partnerships, and program expansion and is driving force behind VEERA’s mission, channeling her passion and strategic insight to tackle the most pressing social issues affecting underserved communities across Uttarakhand. She has directed VEERA’s resources and programs to create impactful, sustainable solutions that uplift individuals and families in vulnerable circumstances.

Ritu Dobhal has more than 18 years of experience working in the field of education and has made significant contributions to providing children with free education. She has been tireless in her efforts to provide free computer training to children and in the development of future torch bearers.

She brings a depth of experience in promoting quality education, including technical expertise and innovative educational leadership. She has also contributed in facilitating dialogues on sustainable development from the grassroot level. With years of experience in social development and leadership, they work to bridge the gap between rural communities and national/global opportunities.

Head- Operations and Outreach

Vinod Dobhal is our Head of Financial Operations, specializes in Strategic Management Consulting, International Finance and Entrepreneurship Development. As an Investor and a Philanthropist he has multidimensional exposure spread across various sectors in India and abroad. He has been associated with various charitable organizations and social causes aimed at alleviating various social malaise and bridging the gap or disparity in the society through various initiatives on education, healthcare, livelihood and capacity building since last two decade.

Yashveer Singh

Media and Development Head

He has a master’s degree in journalism and more than a decade of experience working on grassroots movements and issues ranging from youth and civic participation to public engagement, the environment, energy and sustainable development, poverty, and health. He brings over a decade-long experience in the fields of project formulation and planning, campaign design, research, media advocacy and strategic communication. He has worked/been a consultant with many National and International organizations of repute to the grass root organizations alike in various capacities and domains.
